Standard business customer do not get to customise anything (personal experience) only large companies can do any customisation on o2.

But seriously it is only a game .  But o2 do not block any services according to this http://www.o2.co.uk/assets2/Kana/pdf/traffic_management.pdf

In case O2 is not blocking anything according to the policy, they need to work on the issue, at least doing some tests, but not only sticking on device configuration.

To be honest I am having various problems which may be related to this issue when accessing some websites, the login is not properly authenticated on O2 mobile network, but is able to on WiFi and also VPN, and is inconvenient to report it to customer service because it is not a public service.

Actually providing a non-proxy supported surfing(making it something like home broadband connnection) will fix everything but I have no way to get rid of that transparent proxy without any third-party service.

From a previous screenshot I notice you running a TOR.
That is most likely the reason why you are having problems.
O2 will do nothing to help you with this (rightly so), nor will they let you out of contract for it.
Pay up what you owe and move on if it doesn't suit you.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Where do you see TOR? I never use TOR.

I remember that post now. That is a post for asking how to remove that transparent proxy. That screenshot is a web-based proxy detection tool and there is a link to an article related to Tor, not the use of Tor.

So after 5 pages of posts you now tell us that you are experiencing various other problems.
Try resolving those with CS first and as a result perhaps your game problem will be resolved.
