Hi please help pulling hair out in in lanzarote I cant send texts or make calls. Iv tryedringing and texting o2 ( just get a message saying calls are restricted on my phone). Iv got a £0 spend cap so thinking it must’ve that but i have to call to have it removed but obviously I can’t get through because of the problem I’m having! And I can’t speak to a human on here either help please guys

Some things to try.
1 - Manually search for a different network.
2 - Reboot your phone
3 - Call customer service to check for any roaming bars.
4 - If using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
