Unable to send or receive pictures

I have lost the ability to send or receive photo messages.  HOw do Iget this reinstated please.

Ring o2 to ask for your account to be provisoned for MMS.

Ensure your data is turned on too.

Text ACTIVE to 2020, save the settings and re boot your phone.

Thanks have done all your suggestions.  However, it seems my phone might be faulty as it wont switch off.

Hi.

Your phone not turning off possibly would not affect MMS.

Have you tried soft resetting your phone or hard resetting it. Make a back up first tho as this hard reset typically deletes your saved data.

Google for how to do it.
