Unable to see bills online / no account

Even though I have a pay monthy account, when I log in to see bills I get this:

 

My O2 Products
You don't appear to have any valid products associated with this account.

Bills aren't emailed to me either.

How do I resolve this?
Customer support did not help when I called 202.

Only cs can sort that out I'm surprised they didn't I would call again

Hey did you see any error about that did you report it to o2 customer service ?

Have you recently changed your number or ported/migrated in to o2?

Sometimes the number isn't right in the registration system and Customer service need to update this for you.

My guess is...

 

You had an old account with O2...you've bought that one out early.  its gone.

You have a new account with O2 for the new contract

You're still trying to log in with the myO2 details for the old account which now doesn't have any products assosciated with it

You need to use the new ones for the new contract, 202 can give you them.

 

Or

 

You came to your upgrade date

You went into CPW/P4U.  Rather than upgrading you they sold you a new contract

O2 had to merge your number onto the new contract

The rest of the story is the same as above.

The history was I had a pay as you go with o2 and then changed to a pay monthly with a new SIM. Customer service just said the site was down *even though I was logged in at the time!

Oh and none of my numbers got transferred from my old SIM. Poor!

Daft question, but I take it you're using your new log in details for the contract, and not your old ones?
