@Sam1980 Did you give O2 your PAC from EE? Migration & porting into O2 - O2 Community

Try turning your phone off and back on again. If that doesn't help, contact O2 via social media:

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Yes I provided the PAC when I completed my original order. Which was a over a week ago and had to wait to unlock phone before.

@Sam1980

There's an issue with number porting currently that means they are taking longer than usual to complete.

Just keep rebooting to help it along.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

The porting appears to be completed though because if I call my number it says "welcome to the O2 messaging service" it just appears not to have been assigned to the ACTUAL sim card which they have provided me.
