Unable to log in to see my bill

I have an increased bill total which I am trying to see on my bill . However I cannot log in to my02. I have changed password (twice) but then I am asked for a contact number. When I input my number I am told that number is in use with another account. I have been round in circles several times just trying to see my bill!

Massive problems with MyO2 affecting thousands of customers. This is due to a botched change of systems by O2
Nothing for it but to contact them by one of the methods in this guide

This problem with My O2 has happened since O2 installed an update which is problematic.
, but you should be able to login to MyO2 using any browser at https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If browser login works, uninstall the app from your phone, reboot and reinstall, to see if that helps. Otherwise contact O2.
