I have been trying all morning to talk to someone on o2. It is extremely poor practice that I am unable to talk to anyone about my issue that needs resolving today. Can anyone advise me on how I talk to an actual human regarding my query

Keep trying and just say it's about fraud to get put through.

Hi @14Katie 

Applogies you are having issues getting through to us.  202 is our customer service number and O2 are asking customers if they can phone between 10 am and 6 pm. 

When asked the reason you are contacting say: Speak to Someone

Hope you get it resolved.
