Unable to contact 02 to initiate a return

Hi,

I received my phone on Tuesday and pretty quickly realised it wasn't for me (Too big) and I've been trying since then to contact a member of customer services to request a returns label, but so far I can't get through as I just sit on hold.

 

Are there any other way I can contact the team? I don't want to go over my returns period!

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

You can also reach O2 via social media:

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I'm currently on hold to o2 but will try in half hour if there's no answer on the number I'm calling

It's just cut me off on another line! 2 is the option I need to choose if I don't know the number I'm calling about. 6 was the option I had to choose and it just cuts me off
