Hello,
I have been locked out of an account because I've been unable to complete verification, i have been told my network supplier ( o2 in my case ) is blocking them. I tried in the past to talk to support without much luck, they told me that it was because of my £0 spending cap which i couldn't understand because it's free and doesn't cost you for the usual code verification. So I never went down this line. However today at my wits end I tried it with no luck and didn't change a thing. I was told by the company that my account is locked out and how to fix the problem with no luck. The company is “Discord” and they told me to activate my number with them again if it has been block is to text “start” to “DISCORD” which i can not because my phone is unable to text someone that has no phone number and note this is not where you convert the letters to numbers they are asking me to text “DISCORD”. I have also unblocked every number I have blocked which I am not happy about. Also spoke with o2 support on the phone today they also confirmed that my account has no blocks on it. Can someone please help me before I lose my account?
