I need to speak to the payment management team but every time i try to call them my phone diverts me to the payment line which has absolutely no option to speak to a person about payment issues! Its absolutely ridiculous! If i could pay the bill in full i would have done it already! You have to legally provide an option for people with financial difficulties and they’re making it impossible to contact them to discuss. The chat feature isnt letting me speak to anyone either! Not happy at all!

@LouH89

They do and all the information is on the help pages on the o2 website, bare in mind o2 are obligated to help you with restructuring your debt to them, they are not obligated to restore services until all outstanding debts are paid.

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/payment-support this took me 2 seconds to find via google.

You can use another phone or skype to call the payment management team on 0800 902 0217

To use skype follow this guide Guide: A Guide to Skype

iPhone 16 Pro Max - o2 and Spusu
Xperia 1V - Spusu

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

So if you are just like me and you need to speak to someone at 02 you wont find any numbers helpful the one on the website brings you to top up line so don't bother.

you will get caught in an automated hell.

BUT GOOD NEWS

This is the Payment Mangement Teams number the one they dont want you to know.

- 08000325302 OPEN UNTIL 8PM

Have a good day and i hope this has helped you out.

Pat

If the line is busy then it will divert, to normal CS

Best thing to do is stay on the line then ask to be transferred.

Why should I have to use ANOTHER phone or Skype to call an 0800? Maybe O2 should be providing a corrrect service and NOT blocking freephone numbers, EVER? How dare you side with O2 in this situation.

'cos, as per ts&cs, O2 have disconnected your service for non-payment, @02aretheworst?

No sides, just observation based on others looking for help, I think you'll find.
