Hello,
Over the past couple of days I've been trying to buy a data bolt on. The only option is to buy a 100mb for £5.50. The larger data bolts on which are better value seem to be blocked. I've tried the app and the website. On the app, it doesn't allow me to increase the data total. On the website, when I click on the link for a larger bolt-on, it goes to an error 500 page.
Has O2 changed it's T&Cs so that you can only buy the very expensive data? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

By the way I got a 1GB bolt on added by going into a support chat on the app. I can't recall all the details - you know, click messaging help, etc etc, but eventually I got a person at the other end of the chat who added it. So there's a workaround, albeit a bit klunky.

We had the exact problem now , called a customer service but don't understand the problem.
