Unable to access my device details

Hi guys,

Since I've had my replacement iPhone, the my device details section of MyO2 is showing as unavailable

I've had CS reset my account on their advice but it's made no difference, and I got cutoff before I accessed and found this.

So, the question is does anyone have experience of this happening? And if so what fixes it?

TIA.

This happened to a couple of customers last week. I tried testing and found I could access with no issues... (as did others). I thought it reset itself in a couple of days if I remember correctly?

@Cleoriff thanks for checking yours, mine's been like it since the iPhone change, although I hadn't tried to access before that for quite some time! I've just seen a thread about it though, but the op didn't return.

If it was a bug of sorts I wonder if there's a note of it that @Toby can see?

CS resetting my account did zip, but like I said I was cutoff after they'd reset it, but before I'd managed to login again!

I guess it'll be another call to CS then 😟 I'll wait n see if anyone knows what I should prompt them to do first though lol!

Silly question @gindygoo but have you rebooted the phone after account was reset by CS?

There's nothing a customer can do to force an update unfortunately.
You either need to wait for it to happen or call CS to force it through.

@Cleoriff no I haven't, I'll do that now.

@MI5 so u think the reset would've/should've worked if done correctly? I'll just have to call them up again which is kinda what I knew at the back of my mind lol. I was just trying for a long shot that someone would have a magic bullet...

Should have worked but no guarantees with o2 these days.
