I cant get into Tu Go on my iphone or ipad. Each time I select it, it goes straight to the home page. Any ideas?

Hi @Anonymous Most common fix is to delete and reinstall the app and try again If this doesn't work you need to contact customer services and ask to speak to someone from the TuGo team.http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

They may have to delete your TU account so you can reregister.
