Am unable to Purchase the desired amount of Data Bolt On (8GB) due to both App and Websites, interactive buttons not working. 

(Stuck on 100MB, unable to increase)

Try a different browser, or try an incognito or InPrivate tab, @Sanzoku. Sometimes you may need to force-stop the browser and app, clearing cached files for "o2 co.uk"can help as well. Otherwise, as posted above, contact O2. Good luck!

Have you checked it this morning? Just tried and it seems to be working normally.

MYO2 can get very flakey overnight, especially at the end of the month

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
