ScreenshotI have ran out of data, and it does not refresh until 3 days. I desperately need data for work, and would like to buy a bolt on. However, it is not allowing me in the O2 app, instead it just keeps saying information not available at this moment of time. Also, the automated customer service line is useless, less of the robots and more actual people on the line please.

There is a known issue with billing and bolt ons that O2 are trying to fix.
Please try again later.

Yes me too, since yesterday afternoon! Not helpful is it. I was hoping it would of been sorted by now. Can’t get through to anyone either. Agents all busy try again later 🙄🙈
