@Km93

If you have been with O2 for 6 months, what sort of contract do you have?

Is it a sim only contract or Refresh?

If you want to contact O2 then all numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

@Km93

Are you on a 30 day or 12 months sim only?

Also, do you want to upgrade to another sim only or take out a phone contract?

Hi @Km93

If you want to upgrade to another sim only contract you can do it at any time.

If you want to upgrade to a phone contract with Refresh you can do that 3 months after being on a sim only contract, as long as every bill was paid on time.

If you do need help with this your best bet is to contact O2 on any numbers given in this guide

The easiest way to find out is to pay your bill then go to your upgrade options in your MyO2.
no one here can answer your question as we are all customers like yourself.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
