Good mornnig,
I have made my monthly payment of £24.01, However this payment has been took twice, so a total of £48.02 has been deducted from my account. As a mater of urgency could i please have one payment of £24.01 refunded to my account?

It sounds to me as though there is a direct debit but the OP has made a manual payment too close to the due date of the direct debit.(Which I can never understand the point of!)
