Hi Serynr. I had the same problem. Could you give me an email address you sent a request for refund, please?

Just an update on my situation with a scammer called Abacus Synergy. I have been promised a refund, apparently  from a site called jammitup, have not received it yet but i will allow for Christmas!!!!!

I am now going to try to find Remote Games and get the rest of my refund from those scammers.

i would like to thank two lads Jamie Sinclair and James Murray, in the Bridgwater O2 shop who spent at least an hour with me in the shop finding the short code, which enabled me to inform the PAS who gave me an email address.

Round 2 coming up.....

It seems UME are responsible for many of these 'click here' costly scams!! I knew they ran TXTnation...but never heard of Abacus Synergy...

So it's probably best that @Anonymous goes through the same reporting system as yourself. The more people who report these scammers the better https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-guides/Have-you-fallen-for-or-been-conned-into-a-premium-rate-scam-What/ba-p/968023

It's not the number of reporting problems it's the toothless regulating bodies who are spineless to do do anything about it. I have no doubt in my mind that all the ñètworks have an interest in the financial gains to be made from these despicable scammers.
