UKMail love it when i upgrade my phone because they always get a free one when they steal the package O2 try to send to me, like they have yet again!
Seriously O2, in this day and age where customer service is the only thing that keeps people loyal, why do you use this absolute joke and disgrace of a company? "Because they are cheapest" is not a valid response anymore, take the extra monetry hit on the chin and get a contract with a company that can deliver the goods on time and without always pinching handsets.
