My iPhone was supposed to be delivered today, but I never received it. According to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered and signed for in my name. However, I did not sign for it, nor did I receive anything.
It appears that the courier falsely signed on my behalf and may have taken the package. I have no idea where the parcel is, and I am very concerned about this situation.
Please investigate this matter urgently and advise me on the next steps to resolve this.
