UK mail DHL delivery missing 02 customer service all bad

Hi everybody just upgraded my phone delivery was expected the morrow which looks unlikely as I have made many phone calls no help DHL did locate it in Stoke but no reason for delay or date to come its bloody shocking all stressed out and getting headaches due to bad service no new dates don't think I'll see my new phone 02 should really take these issues seriously but doesn't seem like it uk mail won't even get back to me

I am having same trouble , i to had a upgrade was meant to be delivered this afternoon took afternoon off from work stayed paided for delivering in the afternoon , no luck and then to find out could be other 2 days when i phoned O2 , and to top that the phone case and screen protector i ordered is delayed for 5 days i got talked into the case on goodfriday when they rang me and i ordered the phone , i feel you pain now waiting for them to contact uk mail,i hope they sort it out for you and me best of luck

Did u get sorted I still no luck meant to be cancel order now to re order which I am bit unsure of doing as its caused so much stress as I have no phone at min I wouldn't trust there calls or live chat DHL and UK mail just as bad poor workers

Just a side point be careful you are not using a premium rate number with DHL or UK Mail for tracking etc.

You would be well advised to only speak to O2 customer service before making any major moves.
