Just received a text saying unable to process my latest bill and to update information with a link given. Is this safe???

It’s a scam and has been reported frequently on here. O2 are supposed to be looking into it, though they obviously haven't managed to shut it down as yet.

 

Do not open it or click on any links

Forward the scam text to 7726  free of charge

Thanks, it's pretty convincing and should have been stopped by now. I was half way through completing the details until it dawned on me!

It did slow down for a while but now I just think there are scum who are taking advantage of the current crisis. Also, they are coming in from various different numbers so it's hard.
