Solved: Two questions about the final bill...?

Hi all, 2 questions about the final bill:

1. Is it correct that the final bill generates 2 weeks after disconnection date / "enforcement and termination notice"?

2. Will the final bill go out automatically by direct debit (if that's still in place, which mine is)?

The final bill will go out on what would have been your normal refresh date.

It will be taken 14 days after that by DD

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thanks for the response.

Sorry for the silly question here - I was indeed on an o2 refresh plan, but not sure what the refresh date actually is...? Is this the date that the bill was generated each month? Or is it the date that it was paid by DD each month?
