Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

Keep in mind that you'll still have to pay any remaining months on your contract. No service for two days won't be considered justification for leaving without paying.
