I used to have an O2 phone but don't any longer, hubby has a current one registered to the same email address, it recognises my old closed down account but not my hubbys current one, have tried to combine but it says can't combine them because they have the same details, it only recognises me even though the email hubby got to the joint email account is addressed to him, any ideas?

When he clicks on the link in the email addressed to him it goes to the O2 page in my name, if he logs me out and tries to log himself in it goes back to my account
