Hi everyone,

I have come across a situation and looking for some help.

Stupidly, instead of upgrading my current device, I took out a new contract. Now I'm using old sim, but new phone and pay for both sim plans (+device). I'm not very tech savy, but could I move my old number to the current plan and simply pay for one sim plan and once device plan instead of 2 sim plans and one device plan?

If so, how do I do that? What's this process called?

Thank you for all your help!

You need to migrate you old number onto the new account.

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

Give O2 a call on 202

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
