Turning off voicemail

Brand new customer. Trying to turn off voicemail on S10+. 1760 doesn't work, 176002 doesn't work, ##002# doesn't work. Settings in contacts doesn't do anything. Help!

What message do you get when you dial 1760?

Thanks MI5. Hold the line...its not possible to turn it off and contact customer services in a nutshell.
