Hey daveycrocket sorry that your experiencing this- what phone are your currently using and Is this a problem you have encountered recently with a new device or when changing your tariff or network? I would suggest going to My O2 to Check you have the option active or if you need help doing this contact the support team. Before doing so check you handset is eligible.
Wifi and 4G Calling is currently available on the following devices:
*On some Android devices, Wifi and 4G Calling will only work if you’re using O2 firmware. That’s essentially the software that makes your device turn on and run. Sometimes there are different versions of firmware for the same device.
