Turn off Data Roaming Zone 2

I bought a bolt on for Data Roaming Zone in July which I only wanted for one month.  I now seem to be unable to remove the bolt on (and it is costing £18 per month).

 

How do I remove the bolt on?

 

When I look on My O2, there is no option to remove or cancel the bolt on.
