Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the Community.

You will need to call CS and ask them to do it. Not all agents are aware of it so if you get one that doesn't and they don't ask themselves to a colleague then call back.

Please do not ask Live Chat for this. I did originally and yes they made a great job of it. Not

O2 info link here, but as above, you need to contact CS to turn it off http://www.o2.co.uk/help/products-and-services/charge-to-mobile
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Anonymous

Do you want it completely stopped or just one particular service? If you want just one stopped then just txt STOP to the number that shows when they txt you.

If you want them all stopped then 202 can apply a bar for both sending and receiving anything from charge to mobile. If you have a dispute it can be investigated and O2 can try and claim it for you, it can take up to 10 days. Bear in mind that if you have indeed registered for the service they will not issue a refund and you will be liable for the charges.

Hope this helps slight_smile
