Hi @Ke1
You need to take care when in Turkey. Although it's in Europe it's not in the EU
A community guide will explain more here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Roaming-in-Turkey-and-Cyprus-On-PAYG/bc-p/1105917
You will all need the O2 Travel Bolt on before you go.....If you've got a Pay Monthly sim, text O2TRAVELto 23336. (It's not available on PAYG). You need to activate this at least 24 hrs before you travel.
Cost of using your phone in Turkey (with O2 Travel) is in the guide below
https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/international/using-phone-abroad
Turn Voicemail off before you go and when able to use Wifi then do so.
Have a great holiday:smileywink:
