Hello trying to upgrade with mobile phones direct.co.uk. But o2 keeping rejecting the deal can you explain why??

Sounds like you are failing the credit check, and o2 wont tell you why you have failed the credit check.  Are you upgrading or taking a new contract in order to move your number across.
