I am due for an upgrade but can't seem to get through to any customer advisors, for the past month. I am left on hold for atleast 30 minutes every time. I have also tried to call to get my PAC code to transfer to a provider who does want to help And still I can't seem to speak to anyone. can you send me my PAC code?

You won't get a response from customer service here as essentially it's customer to customer.
Unfortunately you need to get in touch with customer service either by phone or you could try the Chat and email links in my signature.

all I know is everytime I looked online it says to call, even in march when I last upgraded.

The live chat wouldn't good in this situation as they aren't very helpful & send you around in circles. You are best off using 202 from your pay monthly mobile & speak to the retention s team
