Trying to transfer my number to Lycamobile

Anonymous
Not applicable

I want to transfer my number from O2 to Lycamobile. I have already received my PAC code from O2 but every time I enter the PAC code into the Lycamobile Port In request form, it keeps saying "Please enter a valid PAC code", even though I know my PAC code is valid because it looks like TELxxxxxx. What should I do?

I would also speak to O2 Customer Services.

Once Lyca have confirmed the nature of the fault you will know if you need to approach O2 or not - My guess is that they will just say it's OK.
Remember PAC's are only valid for 30 days so if it has expired you will need a new one.
