Trying to move a number on my account to a separate account

Trying to get through Customer Service or finding any solution online has become impossible.

I currently have two numbers on my account. I wish to have my second number moved to its own account for billing purposes. Is this something I can do with ease and can anyone help me understand the process?

Many thanks!

If either is due to renew, then it is possible. You do need to call and make clear that you want to separate the numbers.

@Halp All available customer service numbers are in the link below. Try 0800 977 7337 first. Your call will get bounced because O2 won't consider it important enough. Use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to, to get through.

Your accounts cannot be separated by customer service as it cannot be done.

The only way to do it is to wait til one of them is due for renewal then place an order for a new contract but do not link it to your existing account. This will then have its own username password. Once that contract is up and running you then call o2 to migrate the number to the new contract which in turn will cancel the old contract.

After this process you will have 2 separate accounts, with 2 different logins.

Im assuming this is what your after.
