Trying to keep my number via internet and o2 app but not done terms?

I have been trying for 2 days now to port my no but to no avail? I finally got in touch with a person and think I have progressed the process. Customer services said I will get the obligatory 2 text messages confirming all happening but not yet received the text msgs? Did receive email a few mins later saying that I cannot reply to this email and my request cannot be done? Furious!!

Ports don't happen over the weekend unfortunately. If you haven't rceived a text from O2 you will need to start again tomorrow
