Solved: Trying to find my contract or proof of purchase.

Hi I've recently bought the new z flip 3 and I'm trying to receive my free galaxy watch that I can get after getting the phone but I can't see where I can get proof of my purchase have the receipt but I dosnt have what phone it is on there and I need it for samsung. If anyone could help that would be great.
