Hi, I wonder if anyone can help,

I have an Iphone 7 that has a smashed screen and home button. I am trying to get it replaced through insurance however i need the IMEI number for it.

I havent connected to itunes so cant use that, i also do not have the original packaging to check.

The last idea i had is to see if i can find any original paperwork through my o2 however i cant find anwhere.

Does anyone know if i can find the original paperwork or if there is another way i can find the details?

Thanks

Charlene

Customer services will be able to help assuming you were using the pjhone on O2 UK network.

The IMEI is on the sim tray so if you can eject that you should be able to get it from there though you may need a magnifying glass or microscope to read it 😂
