No one will contact you from o2, as this is a customer to customer community..

So you will have to keep trying sorry to say, the only thing to try to hang up and call again.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Are you calling to try to make a payment and, if so, do you know how much you owe ?

If you do know how much you need to pay, bank transfer is an option :-

You could also consider setting up a direct debit so that this problem does not arise again.
