If anyone can help I’d really appreciate it.

I need to cancel my O2 contract ASAP. As far as I’m aware I have to phone to do this. Have tried multiple times and entered the password etc and got all the way to being transferred to someone, for an automated message telling me ‘sorry we can’t answer your call, please find help on our website’.

If anyone knows of a way I can talk to anyone at O2 about this, please help!

Thanks in advance

Thanks very much that’s really helpful

The reason I need to cancel is because I’ve taken out a new contract with O2 via another website which beat the O2 quote I got.

My next question is @jonsie am I able to keep my number, effectively porting from O2 to O2? Obviously I’ve been given a new O2 number but want to keep the previous one

@Rob-roy

You do not cancel or you'll lose your number.

Call O2 to migrate your number across which will then cancel the old contract Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
