I moved to O2 on the 3rd of Feb been trying to add my work discount since then, when i took out the contract in store was not advised of the 6 month 100% airtime discount that was already in place. Couple of calls to call centers managed to get that to expire on the second of march, problem is work discount has to be applied within 28 days of taking out contract does that include weekends ?
Spoke to someone today and he said its all sorted and will reflect on next bill i asked for email confirmation but still not recieved nothing.

Give it until the next billing period and check My O2. If it's added you should see it then and notice the reduction in airtime.
