Good morning,

Unfortunately I am having some money issues and cannot afford my phone bill until next month, I am aware that last month was not paid but had the understanding from employer that my income wouldn’t be an issue this month. In resent events I will not be able to pay the bill. Is there any way I could be put on a payment break or have my contact reinstated just for this month so I can get some money together to pay the phone bill?
Many thanks.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

(or the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217 )

The team you need to speak to is the Payment Management team.
Their number is 0800 902 0217.

You can download and use Skype to call them - as it is a free phone number there is no charge.
