Trouble getting PAC code

Hi

I'm having trouble getting my PAC code - I've tried texting PAC, 'PAC' and "PAC" to 67075 but every message fails to send. I then tried phoning, was on hold for 30 mins, got through and the call was cut off. 

Is there a way of getting around texting 67075 in settings? I came across a chat where someone said they'd found an article which explained how to sort it but unfortunately didn't link to the article, and despite Googling I can't seem to find the answer! I don't have any problems texting other short numbers, say for competitions for example?

Any advice will be really appreciated!
