Hi tried to upgrade u have took my upfront cost and then send me emails saying it went wrong I’m not happy with this service

Just sat on the phone for 30 mins get thro told need to transfer u and then dead tone is this what is expected?

Having just upgraded today I know O2 customer services are having problems with phone lines and computer systems. It's intermittent so you need to try again....

I get that but having them take my upgrade money then say somthing went wrong then sitting on phone for ages I have a job I’m sposed to be doing but end up mucking around with this o2 need to sort it out

O2 haven't taken your money, they have merely 'reserved' it in anticipation of the deal being approved. That reserve will just drop off their system in a matter of days and the funds will then be available to you and shown in your account
