I was basically put through the sales team after calling 202, the woman transferred me to the 'correct' department and I called at 8:30am through advice on here, as it less busy. As I was tranferred, the new woman on the line told me the department that processes those payments are not open till 10am?? Is this true?

I called again and went through CS, they tried to call the department that does it and magically, it opened at '9am instead' so I was inluck. I got through in the end and paid it. Thank you.
