Tried to pay my full device plan? The women said that the department is not open until 10am?

I was basically put through the sales team after calling 202, the woman transferred me to the 'correct' department and I called at 8:30am through advice on here, as it less busy. As I was tranferred, the new woman on the line told me the department that processes those payments are not open till 10am?? Is this true?

Never heard that one before i would call back and speak to someone else.

I have paid mine off at 8am before.
Current Phone: Motorola Razr 5g
I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

I called again and went through CS, they tried to call the department that does it and magically, it opened at '9am instead' so I was inluck. I got through in the end and paid it. Thank you.
