We've heard of it taking 1-2 hours + to get through.
Try early morning on a weekday and late'ish evening.
I assume it's nothing we as fellow customers can assist you with ?

This has come up several times tonight alone but will repeat again. We only recommend Live Chat for the most basic non account enquires. Anything else you are best to phone through on 202 for contract or 4445 payg.
Use Live Chat at your own risk was said earlier this week by another member.
Is it anything we can help with on here as customers?

Its so frustrating this poor service, I think sometimes it would be quicker getting in the car and going down to the Preston Brook Call Centre (10mins) and banging on the doors.
Not sure if that would do any good now adays as the car park has been almost empty compared with what it used to be which normally means a lot less staff

Best to avoid the Chat all together. Call them.
Or email on 'email@example.com' The Chat people promised me a new sim would be posted and stupidly I believed them, nothing was done until I called someone and even then it took 4 days to send a sim that doesn't work!
