Hi

I’m a pay monthly customer with O2. I’m going to the USA for three weeks.

do I need to add a special travel package for data and calls when I’m in the USA, or is it already included in my plan?

thanks

Depends which plan

Check what you have in My O2 under bolt ons

Have a look at our guides

USA - Roaming with O2

Guide: Roaming MegaGuide

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

To add to the above: if your tariff does not qualify for O2 Travel Inclusive, (ie not on a Plus Plan, not a contract customer of Virgin Media's) and you choose to go the O2 Travel route (https://www.o2.co.uk/international/using-your-phone-abroad ) - make sure you disable your Voicemail Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901 before you go - as any call going to Voicemail will trigger the bolt-on for another 24hrs.

Good luck @Jimbopdarock.
