No, sorry.

It's only included with Travel Inclusive and then charged at £4.99 per day.

If you do have O2 Travel Inclusive on your Tariff, you can also use your phone in additional 33 Countries for £4.99 per day and get a separate allowance to use which is 120 Mins, 120 SMS and 150MB Data (Speed Restricted)

Countries that are charged at £4.99 per day, are charged in local capital time of the country you are visiting.

The op has O2 Travel  and as I have posted and shown above it is available on that. No need for it to be Travel Inclusive.

Tbf I rarely look at that. It's too much info for someone to take in...

This whole O2 Travel and Travel Inclusive is a mess anyway. They appear to be moving the goalposts and adding other countries to O2 Travel.
