@Marjo  could you check the guide for accuracy please?

@Marjo

In that O2 clearly states its available with O2 Travel. Yet another part of it is showing available on O2 Travel inclusive.

Hi guys,

I've checked about the travel to Albania, as well as the O2 Travel / O2 Inclusive aspect.

Roaming in Albania works with both O2 Travel as well as Travel Inclusive. However, when you use Travel Inclusive (if available for your tariff), Albania is one of those countries listed where it's not included for free but will cost the £4.99. If you don't have a Travel Inclusive tariff, you can still roam in Albania, you'd just need to use the O2 Travel bolt on instead, which also costs £4.99 per day.

That would explain why we see Albania listed both for O2 Travel as well as in the countries table for Travel Inclusive.

If you still have to pay £4.99 @Marjo with Travel Inclusive, then I would suggest it's removed from that section as it is confusing to members. It's exactly the same as the amount you would pay with O2 Travel

O2 Travel Inclusive is meant to be free.
